Your body needs calories for fuel - and 600 will do. You also need starch and protein as well as vegetables. For a healthy and well balanced meal, your plate should look like this:
Proteins: Lean beef, poultry, pork, fish, tofu
Starch: Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, wholegrain bread, corn
Vegetables: Aubergine, beans, broccoli, carrots, spinach
